Ordering and Payment
Elavon/Converge is our payment gateway. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, JCB, and Pay Pal.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping for all orders over $75. However, on returned items, there will be a deduction of the shipping costs on refunds.
When will my order ship? While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, items are typically shipped in 2-3 business days.
When will my order arrive? In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 to 8 business days of placing your order but could take longer. This does not include weekends. Regardless of when your orders ships, your credit card will be charged in full at the moment you place the order.
Taxes, Duties and Fees
Customers will pay their own taxes when applicable by law within the USA. For international orders customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or fees imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.
If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our return and cancellation policy, then e-mail us a description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number.
If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations please return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. We want you to be happy. Please send us an e-mail request first. We will pay for your return shipment to us. Please choose one option below:
- We can arrange a USPS Pickup for you; in which USPS will come by your home with an electronic label.
- We can send you a USPS label that you can place on the box and take to your local post office.
Please note original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Please note if you exchange an item, we pay for any and all returns and you pay only for merchandise shipped to you. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment to let us know the reason for your return with a simple note.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. By clicking the Order Now button or the Payment button, you are agreeing to the term-s of our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
Once a returned item has been received at our shipping point, it will take seven to ten business days to receive your refund.
