Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We use Fed Ex for shipping. We offer free shipping for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard FedEx Ground shipping is our processing rate. This may vary depending upon your physical address, please use our shipping calculator during checkout for an exact total.

When will my order ship? While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, items are typically shipped in 2-4 business days. Order cutoff time for the day is 4pm.

When will my order arrive? In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 to 8 business days of placing your order but could take longer. This does not include weekends. Regardless of when your orders ships, your credit card will be charged in full at the moment you place the order.

 

Taxes, Duties and Fees

Customers will pay their own taxes when applicable by law within the USA. For international orders customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or fees imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.

 Damaged/Incorrect Order

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our return and cancellation policy, then e-mail us a description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number. We will pay all shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders.

Refund Policy

If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations please return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. We want you to be happy. Please send us an e-mail request first. However. it is the customer’s responsibility for all shipping charges in this event. Please make sure the return has been pre-approved!  All product returns must be in new condition without any damaged or “used” status such as stains, pet hair or damaged in any way.

Please note original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Please note if you exchange an item, shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility unless previously authorized differently. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment to let us know the reason for your return with a simple note.

Cancellations

If customer requests a return for a partial of the order and the order qualified for free shipping, then the partial return may bring the qualifying order below $75.00 minimum.  If this is the case, the customer must pay the shipping both ways and will be deducted from any refund.. Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. By clicking the Order Now button or the Payment button, you are agreeing to the term-s of our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received at our shipping point, it will take seven to ten business days to receive your refund.
